Refunds and cancellations are governed by airline fare rules, supplier policies, and booking conditions.

1. Non-Refundable Fares

Many promotional, discounted, and special fares are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Cancellation Requests

Customers must contact support to request cancellations. Cancellation requests are only effective after confirmation from our support team.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may require between 4 and 12 weeks depending on airline, supplier, and payment processing timelines.

4. Charges & Penalties

Refund amounts may be reduced by airline penalties, supplier charges, taxes, administrative fees, and processing costs.

5. Booking Modifications

Date changes, name corrections, route changes, and ticket amendments may incur additional fees.

6. No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to travel without prior cancellation may lose the entire booking value.

7. Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies and bereavement requests are subject to airline approval and supporting documentation.
